Anese Cavanaugh

Anese Cavanaugh serves as the CEO and Chief IEP Officer of Active Choices, Inc., where expertise in the IEP Method® is leveraged. In addition to this role, Anese Cavanaugh is a keynote speaker, executive leadership advisor, and author, contributing to Inc. Magazine as a columnist for the "Showing Up" column. Prior experience includes serving as a leadership and cultural advisor at IDEO and directing the Dr. Dean Ornish Heart Disease Reversal Program at Swedish American Health System. Anese Cavanaugh holds a certificate in Mediation Skills from The Graduate School at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus on Athletic Training and Clinical Exercise from California State University - East Bay.
