Rose Luke

Rose Luke is a seasoned professional in growth strategy and project management, currently serving as the Director of Growth Strategy and Innovation for EMEA & APAC at McKinsey & Company since November 2024. Prior to this role, Rose held the position of Director of Program & Project Management for APJ & Oceania at Intel Corporation, overseeing strategic programs and assessing project performance. From December 2019 to May 2023, Rose was the Head of Project Execution and Portfolio Director at Kenes Group, managing major event deliveries. Rose's experience also includes a role as Associate Director of Data & Insights at Forbes, where analytical efforts were coordinated to support advertising and subscription growth, and as VP Insights in PR & Media Communications, focusing on content related to founders and leadership. Earlier in career, Rose contributed as a Field Producer and Editor in Chief at Bloomberg, producing video content for Bloomberg TV. Rose holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from New York University and a Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Hertfordshire.
