Tim Sterling

Tim Sterling is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and IT management. Currently, as the Senior Director of Software Engineering at McKinstry, Sterling directs software engineering and business intelligence/analytics efforts to create an agile and adaptable organization. Previous roles include Director of Application Management at Seattle Genetics, where quality computing solutions were developed for cancer therapy, and Director of Applications Services at Premera Blue Cross, managing diverse application and product portfolios. Sterling's career spans multiple organizations, including RMI.net Solutions, Boeing, and Microsoft, with a foundation in manufacturing systems analysis and database administration at Cascade Cabinet Corporation. Educational credentials include a Master’s of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Arts from Hardin-Simmons University.
