Jorge Maya

Jorge Maya is a professional with extensive experience in linguistic analysis and translation. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Professional Services at Medallia since August 2022, Jorge focuses on the reading and analysis of linguistic corpora related to customer experience processes. Previously, as a Text Analyst at CX Team from July 2019 to August 2022, responsibilities included analyzing customer feedback databases. Jorge's earlier roles include specialized translation and technical review in claims and losses at McLarens, content translation and writing for Poder Cívico A.C., and translation for media events at CFL Media Services Team. Jorge holds a Diploma in Diplomatic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from the Instituto Superior de Intérpretes y Traductores.
