Rajat Arora is an accomplished professional in the Ed-Tech and learning development sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Ed-Tech & Innovation at NBME since February 2024. As a Founding Partner at Elearning Design Center and Lead Consultant for Immersive Learning at MedCerts, Rajat demonstrates a strong commitment to innovative educational solutions. Prior experience includes roles such as Global Learning Design and Development Specialist at Merck and Global Learning and Development Manager at PINKERTON | Comprehensive Risk Management. Rajat began his career in instructional design at KEC International Ltd. and Oerlikon, where expertise in talent management and performance improvement was developed.
