As our new senior vice president, Professional Services, Kristen is responsible for MedeAnalytics’ project delivery services organization, including all implementations and upgrades of the majority our SaaS analytics products. Leveraging her 20+ year history of leading software delivery functions with 17+ years in the healthcare industry, Kristen will accelerate and complete the transformation of our delivery functions. She has extensive experience building high-performing delivery teams based upon the strong combination of people, process and tools. Kristen also excels at fostering cross-organizational collaboration to ensure execution of key projects and programs.
