Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Analyst at RPA, where they managed media mix models and cross-agency reporting for Honda campaigns. Matthew has also worked as a Videographer at the University of Colorado Boulder, where they shot and edited video lectures, and as an Analytics Intern at Hunter Douglas, Inc., where they cleaned and analyzed data and developed predictive models. In addition, Matthew has experience in digital marketing, video production, and broadcasting, having worked as a Google Ad Partner, Video Coordinator, Production Assistant, and Board Operator/Producer at different organizations.
Matthew Hardwick attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they attended California State University, Long Beach, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Film & Electronic Arts (Broadcast).
