Cristina Maida

Cristina Maida is the current Director of Human Resources at MNI Targeted Media. Cristina has over ten years of experience in the Human Resources field. Prior to their current position, Cristina was the Assistant Director of Human Resources at United Hebrew, where they were responsible for overall HR functions for all employees at a continuum of care campus. This included recruitment, facilitating new employee orientation and onboarding, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee training and development, employee benefits, workers compensation, disability, pension administration, EEO reports, OSHA 300 log, ACA reporting, and more. Cristina has a passion for helping others and creating a positive work environment for all employees. Cristina is dedicated to their career and takes pride in their work.

Cristina Maida has a Master of Public Health (MPH) from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
