Heather Strout

Heather Strout has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Heather is currently the Vice President of Services at Mediafly, where they started in September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Services at Mediafly from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Mediafly, Heather worked at InsightSquared, a Mediafly Company, as the Senior Director of Services from August 2021 to September 2022.

From 2012 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Khoros. Heather was the Sr Director of Customer Operations from March 2018 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Director of Customer Vitals from February 2017 to June 2018. Heather also served as the Director of Product Marketing from October 2013 to January 2017 and as the Director of Professional Services from October 2012 to October 2013.

Heather began their career at Social Dynamx, a Lithium Technologies company, as the Customer Insights Manager from February 2012 to October 2012. Before that, they worked at Farland Group as the Director of Community Services from April 2009 to December 2011.

Heather Strout completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communications at Florida State University from 1992 to 1996. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Information Management and General Management at The University of Texas at Austin from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, during the same period, they attended the Texas McCombs School of Business, where they earned their MBA with a focus on Business and Information Management.
