Meredith Bollinger has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Meredith currently holds the position of Chief of Staff, Customer Experience at Mediafly since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Manager, Customer Success Operations at Mediafly from March 2021 to August 2022.

In 2022, Meredith also joined the Chief of Staff Network as a Member, where they are currently working.

Before their tenure at Mediafly, they worked at Iron Mountain as a Lead Process Engineer from May 2020 to March 2021.

Starting in 2015, Meredith began their career at Mediafly as a Customer Support & Implementation Manager. Meredith then advanced to the role of Senior Customer Success Manager, responsible for meeting with key customer stakeholders, analyzing performance indicators, and improving the customer experience. Prior to that, they served as a Customer Success Manager from March 2015 to December 2017.

In 2011, Meredith joined Nielsen and held various roles, including Service Delivery Manager from August 2014 to February 2015. Meredith was also part of the Global Business Services (GBS) Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), a two-year rotational program emphasizing training and leadership development, from July 2012 to July 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Technology Project Specialist from October 2011 to July 2012, where they managed program logistics and resources.

Meredith's earlier experience includes working as a Business Analyst at Vertical Integration, Inc. from August 2010 to September 2011 and as a Data Analyst (Internship) at Restaurant Magic Software from November 2009 to July 2010.

Meredith Bollinger attended the University of South Florida from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the College of Business. In April 2013, they also obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from EXIN.
