Emma Gryce

Emma Gryce is the chief financial officer for MediaLink and Siberia, based in New York. She brings nearly two decades of experience driving business growth and efficiencies across a range of publicly-listed companies, start-ups and entrepreneurial ventures.

Gryce has spent the past eight years in varying financial roles within the Ascential family, partnering with numerous functions including sales, HR, client delivery and operations. In addition to her work at MediaLink and Siberia, she has also held positions at WGSN, Money2020, Edge by Ascential (formerly OneClickRetail) and i2iEvents. She has played an instrumental role in the successful integration of new acquisitions into the Group.

Prior to joining Ascential, Gryce was global FP&A manager at Synovate, a division of Aegis Media Plc. While there, she was a key member of the transition team when Synovate was acquired by Ipsos Group S.A and drove cost savings and reporting efficiencies for the combined Synovate/Ipsos EMEA region. Earlier in her career, she held financial roles at companies in both the education and construction industries.

Gryce became CIMA qualified in 2008 and holds a CGMA management accounting designation. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Sussex. An avid traveler, Gryce has visited every continent outside of Antarctica.
