Suman Nadimpalli possesses extensive experience in workforce planning and operations management, currently serving as the Head of New Business Delivery at Medibank since March 2012. Prior roles at Medibank include Head of Operations for Nurse Triage & AHGP and Senior Manager of Workforce Planning. Prior to joining Medibank, Suman held positions at Commonwealth Bank of Australia as Team Manager for Forecasting & Resource Planning and Planning & Forecasting Analyst. Additional experience includes workforce planning roles at Excelior, Service Stream, AAS, and KAZ. Suman is an alumnus of Macquarie University, having completed studies from 2003 to 2006.
