Alicia West is a seasoned professional in the field of project management and agile methodologies, currently serving as a Release Train Engineer at Medica since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Scrum Master at Dean Health Plan, Inc. and IT Project Manager at WPS Health Solutions, DXC Technology, and Hewlett-Packard, demonstrating a robust background in managing IT projects.
