Nathalie Baker

Nathalie Baker is a seasoned attorney specializing in litigation and enterprise risk management, currently serving as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Medidata Solutions since December 2021. Prior to this role, Nathalie held various positions, including Senior Counsel and Senior Litigation Counsel, also at Medidata Solutions, and Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Nathalie gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Courts and during multiple tenures at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP starting as a Summer Associate.
