Ekaterina Dzhalchinova

Ekaterina Dzhalchinova is an accomplished professional in the payments and fintech industry, currently serving as Vice President of Payments at Medius since June 2025, where responsibilities include building and launching Medius Payments within AP Automation. Prior to this, Dzhalchinova worked at Tipalti from June 2020 to June 2025, progressing from Director of Market Strategy and Product Initiatives to Senior Global Product & Strategic Initiatives Manager, contributing to the company's global expansion and market entry strategies. As a co-founder of APtimise, a NatWest Venture, Dzhalchinova played a crucial role in defining business and product strategies while leveraging customer insights to develop a scalable digital B2B payments platform. Early career experience includes a stint at NatWest Group as a Senior Portfolio Analyst and as Financial Controller at Six Degree People.
