Joey Wignarajah

Joey Wignarajah is the COO of MedPlan Credit. Prior to MedPlan, Joey spent six years as a Vice President at Argonaut Private Equity, a middle-market private equity firm overseeing operational improvements and strategy development within portfolio companies both as a "hands-on" utility player and as a member of the companies' boards and participated in the firm's fundraising efforts.

Prior to Argonaut, Joey was a Management Consultant at Booz & Company, a foreign affairs specialist for the Office of the Secretary of Defense, and an officer in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps. Outside of work, Joey's community involvement focuses on supporting public education and entrepreneurship. He is a graduate of Tulane University, the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and the MIT Sloan School of Management.
