Gunilla Spongh

Gunilla Spongh is an accomplished Board Member and Chairman of Audit Committee with extensive experience in diverse sectors including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, information technology, energy, and infrastructure. They have held multiple leadership roles, including CFO positions at Preem AB, CashGuard AB, Enea AB, and Mekonomen AB. Currently, Gunilla serves on various boards, such as Systemair, Consivo Group AB, and MEDS Apotek, while also chairing several audit committees. Gunilla holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköpings universitet.
