Cole Unger

Cole Unger is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Value-Based Care at MedStar Health since 2021. Prior to this role, Cole held various positions at the Community Health Care Association of NYS from 2016 to 2021, including Assistant Director of Clinical Excellence and Innovation and Clinical Quality Improvement Project Manager. Cole's career also includes experience as an Account Executive at the National Decision Support Company in 2015 and as a Project Manager at Epic from 2013 to 2015. Cole holds a Master's of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from Grinnell College.
