Tiffany Charlett

Tiffany Charlett serves as the Director of Strategy for Philanthropy at MedStar Health, where responsibilities include developing marketing strategies for lead generation and donor advancement and partnering with leadership to establish a planned giving program. Prior experience includes various roles at The ALS Association - DC/MD/VA Chapter, where Tiffany managed significant fundraising events such as the DC Walk to Defeat ALS and the DC Dine to Defeat ALS auction. Additional experience includes a brief internship at Make-A-Wish America, providing support for events, and a financial development internship at Schreiber Pediatric Rehab Center. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Master's degree in Organization Development and Change from Penn State World Campus.
