M. Farhan-Ul-Haq Usmani

M. Farhan-ul-Haq Usmani has extensive experience in Islamic finance and banking, currently serving as the Executive Vice President and Head of Shariah Audit & Advisory at Meezan Bank Limited since May 2005. Usmani is also a member of the FAA Accreditation Panel, where expertise contributes to ensuring compliance with FAA Learning Criteria in educational programs related to finance. Additionally, Usmani advises on the KMI 30 Index Committee at Karachi Stock Exchange and participates in the Islamic Banking & Takaful Committee for the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry. Academic roles include visiting faculty positions at several institutions, including the National Institute of Banking & Finance, PAF-Kiet, and IBA-Sukkur, focusing on Islamic Banking & Finance.
