Paul Devaux

President, Energy & Equipment & Group Operations Director at Meggitt

Paul was appointed President of Energy & Equipment in 2019, following the restructure of Meggitt’s divisions. Effective 1 January 2020, he was appointed as Group Operations Director in addition to his existing division president responsibilities.

He joined Meggitt in November 2015 as President of the Power & Motion value stream, responsible for the MSS facilities in Vietnam, Arizona, Oregon, Avrillé and Toulouse.

Prior to Meggitt he was President of Circor Bodet SAS and General Manager of Circor Morocco. Previous appointments include General Manager at UTC Aerospace (Indonesia) and Plant Manager at Eaton Aerospace (Coignières) where he deployed lean manufacturing. Throughout his career he has focused on manufacturing and operations in the medical, energy and aerospace industries.
