Brian Whisenhunt

Brian Whisenhunt, CSM, currently serves as the Director of Portfolio Management at Meijer, a position held since July 2025, where responsibilities include developing and executing asset management strategies to enhance the financial performance of the company's real estate portfolio. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Managing Director of Commercial Property Management at Friedman Real Estate from January 2023 to August 2025, and served as the Director of Property Management at both Dembs Development Inc. from March 2020 to December 2022, and Brixmor Property Group from February 2004 to March 2020. Brian Whisenhunt completed a Bachelor's degree in Building Construction Technology at Purdue University from 1992 to 1996.
