Huriye Erdogan Dagdas

Huriye Erdogan Dagdas is a seasoned professional in the field of chemistry and biochemistry, currently serving as the MSAT/R&D Protein Group Leader at MeiraGTx since January 2022, focusing on gene and cell therapy. Prior to this role, Huriye held the position of MSAT Protein Lead at the same organization. Huriye's academic background includes Assistant Professor positions at Boğaziçi University and Gebze Technical University, along with experience in bioanalytics at İlko İlaç San. ve Tic. A.Ş. and postdoctoral research at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Huriye earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Chemistry (Bioinorganic Chemistry) from ETH Zürich, complemented by postdoctoral studies at Vrije Universiteit Brussel and degrees in Chemistry and Inorganic Chemistry from Middle East Technical University.
