Xiaokang Wei

Xiaokang Wei is an experienced staffing and talent management professional currently serving as Head of Staffing at Meituan since December 2020. Prior to this role, Xiaokang worked at ByteDance from July 2017 to December 2020, where achievements included research on critical management issues impacting business sustainability and leading executive recruitment as Head of Talent X. Earlier career milestones include serving as a Partner at OfferCome from 2010 to July 2017 and as a Partner in an entrepreneurial venture from 2008 to 2009. Additionally, Xiaokang was an Executive Search Consultant at Career International 科锐国际 from 2007 to 2008, and held various roles including project manager and product manager at Datang Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2007.
