Geert Reynders

Geert Reynders currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at SENSINNOVAT since April 2021, while also holding positions as a Board Observer at Byteflies and Azalea Vision. Reynders has been an Executive Advisor to the Board of Directors at MELEXIS since January 2007, providing strategic advice on financial communication, treasury, corporate finance, and M&A, along with managing investor relations and serving as Corporate Treasurer. Reynders holds a Board Member position at Hummink and previously worked as a Financial Analyst & Treasurer for the Flemish government from April 2002 to December 2006. Reynders co-owned CS Partners, focused on investor relations in the financial sector, from December 2000 to August 2003. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from Hasselt University and a certification in Treasury Management from Febelfin.
