Emre Kilic

Emre Kilic is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in rooms division management and front office operations across multiple luxury hotel brands. Currently serving as Rooms Division Manager at Meliá Hotels International since April 2023, Kilic oversees Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, Spa, and Recreational teams. Previous roles include Director of Front Office at both Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi and Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty, where responsibilities encompassed pre-opening operations and managing large teams. Additional experience spans various positions, including Duty Manager at Shangri-La Al Husn Resort & Spa and multiple front office roles at Marriott International and The Ritz Carlton.
