Karen Kortendick

Karen Kortendick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process optimization and integration across various industries. Currently serving as a Process Optimization Leader at Menasha Packaging since January 2017, Karen has previously worked as a Business Integration Consultant from 2012 to 2017, and spent five years as Director of Corporate Quality/Business Integration at The Strive Group. With a strong background in manufacturing and operations, Karen held roles including Global Manufacturing Director at Day International, Operations Manager at Pechiney Plastic Packaging and Fort James Corporation, and Operations Technologist at Corning Incorporated. Karen's military experience as Assistant Operations Officer and Platoon Leader in the US Army laid a strong foundation for leadership and operational planning. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Physics from Murray State University.
