Eric Malis

Eric Malis serves as the Chief of Staff and General Counsel at Lincode since November 2018, where responsibilities include strategic leadership and legal guidance to support the executive team. As a Board Advisor for Lincode Labs, Eric provides strategic insights on various business aspects. Eric co-founded Talis Partners, LLP, specializing in law and strategy for startups, and teaches entrepreneurship at Menlo College. Previous roles include Vice President of Startup Innovation at BootUP Ventures, Emerging Companies Associate at Cooley LLP, Corporate Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Law Clerk for the Honorable Harold Baer, Jr., and intern roles at The White House and Linklaters. Eric holds a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from Penn State University.
