Noa Shosberger

Noa Shosberger currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Mentee Robotics since February 2025. Prior experience includes HR & Operations Lead at Soli (formerly SafeUP) from May 2021 to October 2024, where Noa acted as a strategic partner to the CEO and management team, focusing on company culture alignment with organizational goals. Additional roles include participation in the ministry of interior's program for local government at Atidim, a Connector at The Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, and Coordinator at the Office for Gender Equity at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Noa holds a Master’s degree in Sociology with a focus on Organizational Studies from Ben-Gurion University and completed an HR Multi Lab at QUATRO Leadership Lab in 2023.
