Tatiana Ehrman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive search, currently serving as the Latam Regional Talent Acquisition Senior Manager at Mercado Libre since July 2008. Throughout the tenure at Mercado Libre, Tatiana has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including Talent Acquisition Senior Manager and People Business Partner for Argentina & Corporate. Prior to this, Tatiana worked as an Executive Search Senior Consultant at Von Der Heide from November 2003 to June 2008 and as a Talent Consultant at the University of Westminster. Tatiana's educational background includes an Executive Program in Talent Management from Stanford University, a Licenciada in Psicología from the University of Buenos Aires, Coaching Organizacional from Universidad de 'San Andrés', and a Master's degree in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster.
