Christian Struwe

Christian Struwe is the current Vice President and CFO at Mercedes-Benz USA. Prior to this, they held various positions at Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America, Inc., Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India, and Mercedes-Benz AG. From 2012 to 2019, they were a member of the supervisory board for each of these companies. Christian also served as the Director Controlling Global Investment and Research & Development for Mercedes-Benz Cars at Daimler AG from 2012 to 2019. From 2009 to 2012, they were the Head of Controlling Development Powertrain for Mercedes-Benz Passenger Cars at Daimler AG. Prior to their work at Daimler AG, Struwe was employed at Mercedes-Benz Denmark A/S and Mercedes-Benz Schweiz AG. In 2005, they became the CFO of Mercedes-Benz HighPerformancePowertrains Ltd., a position they held until 2008.

Christian Struwe graduated from the Droste-Hülshoff Gymnasium with an Abitur. Christian then went on to study Business Administration and Management, General at Freie Universität Berlin, where they earned their Diplom Kaufmann. Afterwards, Struwe was awarded an Erasmus Scholarship to study Business Admninistration and Political Science at Universidad de Salamanca. Finally, they completed an Executive Finance Program at London Business School.
