Steve Grace

Steve Grace has extensive experience in the field of electronics and wiring within the motorsport industry, currently serving as a Senior Electronics Production Design Engineer at Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team since December 2006. Over the years, Steve has held various roles, including Electronics Car Build Co-ordinator, Wiring Team Leader, and Senior Wiring Technician. Prior to this, Steve worked at CYPRIUM LTD as a Wiring Technician and briefly at Tony James Component Wiring as a Senior Wiring Technician. Steve began a career in wiring at F1 Harness Systems, progressing from Harness Technician to Apprentice Team Manager. Steve holds a Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management from the Institute for Leadership & Management and completed education at Diss High School from 1988 to 1993.
