Kristen Frye

Kristen Frye, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Currently serving as a Finance Business Partner for Merchants Fleet since February 2020, Kristen is a key member of the “FPAC” Team, leading the implementation and overhaul of processes during a significant growth phase. Previous roles at Merchants Fleet included Finance Manager, where notable contributions included supporting various departments with financial analysis and transitioning financial software to a cloud-based system. Prior to Merchants Fleet, Kristen held significant positions at The Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Financial Analyst and Financial Analyst, where responsibilities included reporting, systems planning, and creating innovative tools for financial analysis. Additionally, experience includes roles at Instrumentation Laboratory and Teleflex Medical focusing on budgeting processes and financial reporting. Kristen holds an MBA and a BS in Finance and Marketing from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
