Anthony Martorano

Anthony Martorano is currently the Director, Strategic Operations Lead, and Chief of Staff at Merck. In this role, Anthony drives equity, inclusion, and diversity initiatives, leads talent management for PR&D, oversees capital projects, serves as a strategic operations lead, and manages a large employee organization. Prior to their current position, Anthony held roles at companies such as Johnson Matthey, Bristol Myers Squibb, and American Water. Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Rowan University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Leadership and Operations from the University of Delaware.
