Elizabeth Lust, Ph.D., CPC, currently serves as a Talent Management Senior Specialist at Merck, where responsibilities include embedding talent assessment into employee development and leadership strategies and leading global 360 and 180 Leadership Feedback Assessment processes. Previously, Elizabeth held roles as a Psychometric Testing Implementation Consultant at Spotify, where vendor evaluations and compliance in selection assessments were key, and as an Organizational Development Specialist at ETS, providing research-based solutions for various organizational challenges. Elizabeth has also been an adjunct professor at multiple institutions and has extensive experience in research and consulting across diverse projects, focusing on team dynamics, leadership development, and user experience in applied research. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and certifications in professional coaching.
