Lisa Kao

Lisa Kao has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to medical information and oncology. Currently serving as Senior Director and Global Medical Information - Oncology Team Lead at Merck since February 2000, Lisa has held various leadership roles including Director for both Oncology and Cardiovascular & Diabetes teams, as well as leading Global Medical Information Transformation for Global Medical Affairs. Prior to Merck, Lisa was the Managing Editor for Drug Information at Lippincott Williams & Wilkins. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, both earned from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
