Lyra Loxha

Lyra Loxha is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Head of Design for Banking at Mercury since March 2025. Previously, at Shopify, Lyra held dual roles as Design Director for Financial Services and Banking & Accounting from May 2022 to July 2024, focusing on communication and product vision. Prior to that, Lyra managed the Selling UX and Ads UX teams at eBay from November 2020 to March 2022. Lyra's career also includes significant tenure at Microsoft as a Principal Design Manager for Notes and as a Design Lead, as well as working at Skype as a Senior Product Designer. Lyra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Art & Design from the University of West London.
