Elizabeth Wotawa

Elizabeth Wotawa currently serves as the Executive Director at Mercy, where responsibilities include directing system-level initiatives for the clinically integrated pediatric service line. In this role since January 2018, Elizabeth collaborates with operational, physician, and nursing leaders across a multi-state health system to enhance access, patient acquisition, stewardship, and performance improvement while preparing the organization for success in value-based models. Prior to this role, Elizabeth held positions including Manager of the Physician Access Program for Pediatrics and Annual Giving/Special Events Manager at the Mercy Health Foundation. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Account Manager at Waller and Company Public Relations. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University and a BA in English with a focus on Journalism Studies from The University of Tulsa.
