Jason Demke

Jason Demke currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Mercy, beginning in March 2024. Prior to this role, Jason held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HCA Healthcare from December 2020 to March 2024, where Jason also served as interim CEO from February to May 2023. Jason has extensive experience in operations across various healthcare facilities, including HCA Virginia Health System as Vice President of Operations and multiple roles at Chippenham Medical Center, a flagship campus of CJW Medical Center. Jason's earlier career includes positions at Intermountain Healthcare and the University of Minnesota. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University and a Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
