Katherine Felder

Katherine Felder has over 15 years of experience in health care management and operations. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Mercy since August 2016, Katherine has previously held roles including Director of Operations and Practice Manager within the organization. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Preferred Family Healthcare from December 2005 to August 2016 as a School Team Coordinator. Katherine holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, which was obtained between 2017 and 2019.
