Sara McGinnis Lee

Sara McGinnis Lee currently serves as Vice President of Mission at Mercy, a role held since January 2018, where leadership focuses on enhancing clinician engagement with the organization's mission and values. Prior to this position, Sara was the Executive Director of Mission at Mercy, leading initiatives to deepen the mission's impact within the St. Louis region and across the Mercy Clinic system. Experience includes serving as Director of Mission at Mercy Hospital Jefferson and working in various roles at Ascension, specializing in workplace spirituality and mission integration. Additional background includes facilitating spiritual growth programs for non-profits and an academic career as an adjunct instructor and campus minister. Sara holds an M.A. in Theology from the Aquinas Institute of Theology and a B.A. in Psychology and Theology from Marquette University.
