Taylor Fowers

Taylor Fowers, FACHE, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Mercy since November 2025. Previously, Fowers held the position of Assistant Administrator at Paris Regional Health from November 2022 to October 2025 and Assistant Administrator and Director of Administrative Services at South Texas Health System from January 2019 to October 2022. Early career includes administrative residency and experience as a Neuromonitoring Technician at the University of Utah Hospitals and Clinics from October 2013 to August 2017, specifically monitoring electroencephalographs for epilepsy diagnoses. Fowers holds a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration from Trinity University (2017-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Utah (2011-2015).
