Shuhan W

Shuhan W started their work experience in 2014 at Zoom as a Software Engineer. In this role, they created hardware reports, assisted the IT department with stock analysis, and compiled metrics for analytics. They gained knowledge and skills in NodeJS, AWS, Python, Tableau, PHP, and other cutting-edge tools. From September 2016 to March 2018, they worked as a Business Analyst at Zoom, where they facilitated validation of requirements and designs with stakeholders, developed product backlog, and participated in sprint planning and other Agile processes.

In 2018, Shuhan W joined Meriplex as a Salesforce Consultant. In this role, they coordinated with business stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and backlog. They also configured field level security and page layouts, created user roles and profiles, and managed sharing settings. They started a new role as a Project Manager in October 2019, although the end date for this role is not provided.

Shuhan W completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Hunan University from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Shuhan W has obtained several certifications. In 2015, they received certifications in "Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data With Python", "Programming for Everybody", and "Python Data Structures" from Coursera. Furthermore, in 2016, they obtained the "Certified Scrummaster" certification from Scrum Alliance.
