Shentolya Steed

Shentolya Steed is an experienced professional in procurement and education, currently serving as Senior Buyer at Merit Health Madison since August 2019. Previously, Shentolya worked at the University of Mississippi Medical Center from July 2011 to August 2019 as an Instrument Specialist-Buyer, where responsibilities included approving purchasing requests, preparing bid proposals, and issuing purchase orders. Prior to that, Shentolya was a Surgical Technology Instructor/Clinical Coordinator at Virginia College from June 2007 to June 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Missouri-Columbia (2021-2022), an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Surgical Technology from Holmes Community College (2004-2005), and an Associate degree in Pre-Nursing Studies from Hinds Community College (1999-2002).
