Nima Moazeni

Nima Moazeni, PhD, serves as the Engineering Manager at Merit Medical Systems, Inc. since September 2015, leading significant projects in medical device development, including the initiation of catheter production with substantial budgets and recognized for team excellence. Prior experience includes roles as Process Engineer and EH&S Coordinator at Ingenia Polymers and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, where expertise in polymer compounding and characterization of biodegradable materials was demonstrated. Notable engineering positions at Esfahan Moghadam Co. and an internship at Giti Assa Paint Co. contributed to a solid background in polymer and plastics engineering, supported by a PhD, Master’s, and Bachelor’s degrees in the same field from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and Azad University.
