Jamal D. Elam

Jamal D. Elam is an accomplished entrepreneur and community leader currently serving as Founder, President, and CEO of JE Enterprise since July 2020. In addition, Jamal has been an Associate Board Member at the Merit School of Music since November 2018, contributing to philanthropic efforts and community engagement in the Chicago-land area. As a Business Professional at Bluecrew and Sales Manager at Pinnacle Live since August 2023, Jamal actively participates in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives. Jamal has held leadership roles such as Chairperson of the Young Professionals Board for March of Dimes and served as a Nonprofit Leadership Intern at The Borgen Project, focusing on political analysis and community programs. Additional experience includes positions in sales and event technology at Encore, TSD Global, University Club of Chicago, and O3 Services. Jamal holds a degree in International Economics from Texas Tech University and has also studied Marketing at Houston Community College and The University of Texas at San Antonio.
