Jeff Schneider has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeff started their career at James Amato & Company in 1993, working in the field of Audit & Tax. Jeff then moved on to The Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership in 1995, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer for eight years. Following that, they joined The Knight Group in 2003 as the Corporate Controller, before transitioning to Lennar in 2005 as the Controller for the Virginia Division. In 2008, Jeff became the Corporate Director of Accounting & Finance at Dan Ryan Builders. In 2010, they took on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Willowsford, overseeing the financial aspects of the Master Planned Community. Most recently, Jeff joined Meritage Homes in 2017 as the Regional Vice President of Finance for the Central Region, responsible for finance and operations.
Jeff Schneider holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Real Estate Development from George Mason University's Costello College of Business. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York. Jeff completed their secondary education at Ithaca Senior High School. Jeff Schneider has also obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Georgia and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
