Nikhil Gupta, PSM-I® and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt®, serves as a Technical Lead (Manager) at Merkle since October 2021, demonstrating expertise in project management, critical thinking, team leadership, and technical architecture across various domains including technology for marketing and advertising, electricity utilities, and investment management. Previously, Nikhil held positions such as Principal Web Developer at AKQA, where recognized as a Best Performer, and Lead Front End Developer at Supernova, earning a Gold Medal for team building at a significant event in 2018. Nikhil has a robust background in web development, having also worked at companies including NetCom Learning, nearbuy, and DezignUp. Nikhil's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from Liverpool John Moores University and a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore, along with a Bachelor's in Information Technology and an earlier diploma in Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
