Denys Chernoruchko

Denys Chernoruchko is currently the Head of Revenue Analytics at Merlin Entertainments, a position held since October 2023, following a significant tenure at Miral Experiences from February 2015 to July 2023, where various titles included Internal Compliance Support Manager, Projects and Analysis Executive, and Business Excellence Coordinator. In these roles, Denys demonstrated expertise in monitoring compliance activities, data validation, and enhancing guest satisfaction through analysis of feedback data. Earlier experience includes guest services at Ferrari World™ Yas Island and management roles at Formula Wellness SPA, showcasing a strong commitment to customer service and team leadership. Denys holds a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University.
