Ryan Allison Peoples

Ryan Allison Peoples, LCSW, currently serves as the Director of Outpatient Services at Mesa Springs, where responsibilities include leading the planning, development, and implementation of Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services since February 2018. Previously, Ryan has held various positions at Sundance Behavioral Healthcare, including Director of Clinical Services, Lead Clinical Therapist, and Clinical Therapist, where a proactive approach to patient advocacy was emphasized. Early career experiences include a Graduate Internship at Sundance Behavioral Healthcare and a role as a Community Living Specialist at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc., focusing on at-risk youth. Ryan completed a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Midwestern State University.
